Service Description

The first follow-up appointment takes place two weeks after the initial assessment. The frequency of subsequent appointments depends on your individual needs and generally varies between two and four weeks. These sessions are designed to: - Answer all your questions - Evaluate your progress and verify if your (initial) goals have been met - Reaffirm your motivation - Adjust your personalized meal plan At the end of these appointments, you will leave with: - Your adjusted meal plan - The goals you want to achieve for our next appointment It is important to schedule follow-up appointments at regular intervals until you have acquired all the necessary reflexes and can manage your nutrition independently.
